Our client instructed us as the principal contractor for his house extension in Wolverhampton,  on the ground floor along with a full wide loft conversion to create a number of additional rooms and space to a beautiful property in the Wightwick area of Wolverhampton.

A complete refurbishment to the property to reflect the well known affluent residential area. Due to a layout change we included structural steel work to support the new design. Foundations were challenging due to the ground soil being of a more sand consistency and texture but we accomplished our goal by delivering a stunning transformation to a beautiful looking property.
